The original Scissor Doors Inc. Flip Flop Hood is a direct bolt on hinge kit that uses the underside of your factory hinges for its mounts, then rivets to the substructure of your hood *. This complete system uses the factory hood latch and lock for a quick installation and proper hood alignment. An important feature of our Flip Flop Hood system is its ability to open and close like a regular hood. When you are ready to flip it, simply release the lower anchors, and your hood is floating! This modification works excellent on show vehicles or daily drivers! Truly unique addition to any vehicle! Each complete hinge system is comprised of 304 stainless steel.
